Governance

Your data and your knowledge stay yours.

Trust is not a promise written on a page. It is a set of conditions built into the system itself.

Ownership

Your data and the knowledge accumulated from it belong to your organisation. It is not used beyond the purpose of your project, and not shared with a third party, except as your organisation approves.

No training on your data

Your data and its outputs are not used to train any model, nor to improve a service delivered to anyone else.

Sovereignty and environment

The operating environment and data access are set by the requirements of the project and the institution, including hosting inside the country or inside the institution's own infrastructure.

Access control

Access is limited to those who need it for their task, and is logged. Project team access ends when the project ends.

Human review

Sensitive outputs are never approved automatically. They pass through specialist review, and the reviewer's decision is recorded as a rule applied onward.

Verifiability

Every value in an output is bound to its position in the original. No output exists that cannot be traced back to its source.

Retention and deletion

Retention periods and deletion procedures are set in the contract, and the data and accumulated knowledge are handed to the institution when the project ends.

Trust is not a promise. It is built into the architecture.

If your institution has specific requirements on sovereignty, retention or audit, they belong in the design of the project rather than as an exception to it.
