Privacy Policy
What this website collects, and what it does not.
This policy covers the website itself. Client project data is governed by the Governance page and by the contract signed with each institution.
What you send us
If you complete the contact form we receive what you wrote in it: name, organisation, email, type of knowledge, and description of the problem. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
What is measured automatically
Aggregate visit statistics: pages opened, referral source, device type. No identifying tracking cookies, and no link to your identity.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, use your messages to train any model, or run advertising on this site.
Fonts and external files
We self-host the site's fonts and files wherever possible, so that opening a page does not send your visit to a third party.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation is live or a contractual relationship requires, then deleted. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy of what we hold about you, its correction, or its deletion. Write to us and we will act on it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date of the update will appear at the bottom of this page.
This is a first draft describing actual practice. It should be reviewed by a lawyer before final publication.
A question about your data?
Write to us and we will answer. If your question concerns institutional project data, the Governance page and your contract are the reference.
